Radiation Survivor (Co-op Only)

Took really long because we tried to actually get that item out, even re-rolled for it...but reading it again, that was never the requirement to extract with the item. It's just "obtain" at any point and complete. At least I hope it is just that, because otherwise this seems impossible. We've never found a cursed objective with "irradiated".
